The Well Inspection Most Customers Choose.
A Pump Flow Test is our standard well inspection. It evaluates pump functionality through a two-hour flow test and inspection of accessible Above-Ground Components*. Starting at $500.
A Flow Test, starting at $350, is typically ordered when a lender requires it. The lender’s written instructions determine the test duration. Loan type alone does not establish the required test.
