Your Information.
Handled With Care.

What We Collect And Why.

When you join agent updates, we save your name, email, optional brokerage, subscription status, and consent date and wording. We use this information to send ClearWell updates and resources. We do not sell the subscriber list.

Service requests currently open a draft in your own email app. A request reaches ClearWell only after you send it. The site does not store those draft service-request details in the subscriber database.

Your Choices.

You can unsubscribe through the subscription-management link provided after signup or the unsubscribe link included in our emails. You can also contact info@clearwellinspections.com to unsubscribe, correct information, or request deletion. We retain subscription information while needed to manage updates and honor your preferences.

Storage And Site Operation.

Subscriber information is stored in the website’s hosted database and is available through an owner-restricted management page. A short-lived hash-based counter is used to limit signup abuse. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate and protect the site.

The signup does not automatically send newsletters or grant access to your calendar. No advertising trackers have been added for this update.
