Before the visit
How do I request service?
Call (253) 234-7880 or use the request form. The form opens a draft in your email app; review it and press Send there. The appointment is confirmed separately.
Do I need to be buying or selling a property?
Only for Flow Tests and Pump Flow Tests. Water quality testing and on-site field measurements are available to everyone.
How much does service cost?
Flow Tests start at $350. Pump Flow Tests start at $500. Our $325 water sampling package includes coliform, nitrate, and arsenic. Additional available tests are $25 each. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before scheduling.
What should I send before booking?
Send the property address, access details, available well records, previous results, and deadlines. For a lender-required test, include loan type and written testing instructions. Loan type alone does not establish test duration.

During the visit
How do a Flow Test and Pump Flow Test differ?
A Flow Test measures water delivery over the lender-required test period. A Pump Flow Test evaluates pump functionality with a two-hour flow test and inspection of accessible above-ground well components. Both are for real estate transactions.
Can you collect samples during a well inspection?
Yes. Water sampling can be added during the same visit. Confirm the laboratory tests and pricing when arranging service.
What access do you need?
Tell us where the well equipment and sample tap are located, how to enter the property, and about locked areas, treatment systems, or restrictions. We confirm the practical requirements before the visit.
Are field measurements the same as laboratory tests?
No. Field measurements include pH, conductivity, estimated TDS, salinity, resistivity, temperature, and iron screening. The laboratory separately analyzes samples for ordered contaminants, such as coliform, nitrate, and arsenic.
After the visit
How quickly will I receive results?
We prioritize prompt communication to support your deadline. Inspection reporting and laboratory analysis have separate timelines; we confirm expected turnaround before scheduling and share results as available.
Does one set of results prove all water is safe?
Results apply to the sample, collection time, and substances analyzed. A Flow Test does not establish drinking-water quality, and field readings do not replace laboratory analysis.
Can I ask questions about results?
Yes. Contact Waleed to discuss what was inspected or sampled. The laboratory or local health department can provide guidance about contaminant results and appropriate follow-up.
Can you work with my closing deadline?
Share inspection contingency and closing dates at the start. We confirm availability and expected inspection and laboratory timelines before committing to an appointment.
