- Find the equipment: share the wellhead, pump controls, pressure-tank, treatment-system, and sample-tap locations.
- Plan access: include gate codes or access arrangements, driveway conditions, and any outbuildings containing well equipment when arranging the visit.
- Identify shared systems: have any shared-well agreement, maintenance records, and permission to access equipment available.
- Coordinate sample delivery: travel time, access, and laboratory receiving hours are considered when confirming the appointment.

Choose well inspections, water testing, or both.
Flow Tests start at $350. Test duration follows the lender’s written instructions. Pump Flow Tests start at $500 and include pump-function testing and accessible above-ground components. Both inspection services are for real estate transactions.
Water quality testing is $325 for coliform, nitrate, and arsenic, including collection, laboratory delivery, and results sharing. It is available to everyone. Additional available tests are $25 each. Final scope, travel arrangements, and price are confirmed before scheduling.
